It’s summer and time to celebrate ALTR style! Join us Saturday, July 23rd from 10:30AM until 2PM for our 2nd annual ALTR GAMES and SUMMER SOIREE.

Intro to Kettlebells

Learn essential skills, techniques, and principles of kettlebell moves. Get the most out of your workouts and increase your performance in this 90-minute information packed workshop to deep dive into cleans, deadlifts, squats, swings, the overhead press, snatch, and loaded carry. practiced at ALTR.

Upgrade your ALTR performance with tools to increase both strength and stability. Wake up your core with Turkish get ups and windmills. Increase your power with jerks and snatches. Say yes to pull ups.
