Fitness is everywhere. Meta goals, gym pics on social media and “just do it” stamped on just about everything.

Give and take time and effort: to work out/hit the gym, or stay in bed? Maybe go to happy hour with co-workers instead? And all those people in peak physical condition. It’s intimidating to make a change. Something that “other people” do. A trend for trends’ sake? Seems that way sometimes.
